Sentinel Title in Daphne, Al made the whole process of closing so simple. We haven’t purchased a lot of property and really didn’t know what to expect. From the very beginning we starting getting emails on the closing process and links to all the information that was important to keeping us updated on what we needed to do next. Along with ourselves and our Realtor were free to ask questions at any time. Closing appointment took about an hour which was a huge relief during our day of excitement. I found Jessica Rohm very on top of things and everything was done in a professional manner and very timely. The day before the closing the Buyer tested positive for COVID. It did not bother them at all. We closed in the parking lot with Levi in latex gloves and mask. Everything went so smoothly and there was no drama through the whole process.

Sentinel Title company was awesome. Jessica was very efficient and explained everything about the papers we were signing. I would highly recommend them. I would rate them at 15 if their was that many stars. All of their staff is awesome.

Sentinel Title helped my buyers close on their home in 20 days! That is unheard of but we all pulled together as a team and got the work done in record time. I give all credit to the hard work Phyl Bolton put in on nights and weekends. She and her staff were professional and did an outstanding job for me and my buyers!
