SDCCU La Mesa Branch Fletcher Pkwy, La Mesa

I came in to get the funding finalized for my auto loan and Natalie was an amazing help. I haven’t bought a car in many years and was being given bad info from the inexperienced sales person at carmax. Natalie explained how it worked and got me set up with my loan, chatted with me while we waited and sent me happily on my way. The La Mesa branch hasn’t let me down, especially when I needed them most. Secured the lowest loan rate too! Thanks Natalie!

I was refused service today for not wearing a mask. Meanwhile, Chris W’s mask doesn’t cover his nose. I have video. And at that it’s a clothe mask so where is your N95? The branch manager needs to offer a class on proper mask wearing if you are going to implement your patrons to wear them. I covered my face with the mask supplied by Issac and Chris W and they both still refused service because it was not on properly. My mouth and nose were covered all the while handling my 19 month old. Where does this make sense? And where did all the other employees good that were so nice and happy?

Worst bank out there. Garbage customer service. Let’s offer online functions to customers that don’t work. Want to stop a payment? Great you need do it online. Oh but you’ll need a check # that we don’t have access to. How does that even make sense? Save a headache and a dumpster fire, bank with a big bank. These clowns have no idea what they’re doing.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service at the La Mesa branch. From day 1 it's been nothing but positive experiences for me. Especially Brandon J., Financial Svc Rep. He has been a pleasure to work with on refinancing, etc. And even helped on a issue I was having with the DMV. He is no nonsense and goes out of his way every time. I love this credit union. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and helpful.

Branch Manager or supervisor told me I had to open an e-statement account but did not tell me I would be charged for every transaction because he didn't finish the job of closing my other account. Over 30 dollars in fees because this person did a rush job. I have had SDCCU since I was 16 year old and never had a problem until now. Disappointed in the service I was provided.

Not entirely sure why San Diego keeps naming this "bank" cause they shouldn't call themselves a credit union, best place to bank for 17 years. This has to be a joke. I have been in Credit Unions for 5 years, and this is not a credit union. Not customer/member friendly staff, Old archaic ways, charges fees like crazy, not helpful when you ask for a simple request, never sent chip debit cards after 2 requests, can't call number to talk to someone cause you are on hold forever. Can't go into a branch because you wait a long time and then the person that helps you is useless. They take your money, then act simple stupid about why they cant fix what they took. If you're smart, you will stay clear away from here.

Been with SDCCU for a few years now and don't have any complaints. Everyone at this branch is very friendly and will help until all of your questions are answered. I have never felt rushed at this branch as I have at other banks and credit unions.

I’ve been here twice and both times had an issue with transactions that I never have at any other location. It’s as if this place adds extra steps and rules for no reason. I would recommend avoiding this SDCCU location. The bank itself is great though!

I recently applied for a loan and specialist Melody Low was very professional and answered my questions. She was very helpful in securing my loan and I recommend her .

Por service. Stand in one line, told I need to be in another line. Then told no, you need to be in the line where I started. While not a fan of standard banks, at least they understand service and competence. Rating 2 only because of the overwhelming help received from the SDCCU service center
