I am a first time poster! But so worth my time. RELTCO handled our purchase and we could not have been more happy. We were a bit leery being we are in a diff state than their home office BUT there should be 10 stars as their team was on the ball- emailed us, even text us to stay in touch. We are so happy in our new home and thank Lauren and her team at RELTCO for helping us all the way! A+++++

I too wish there was a zero star! Working with Michael at Reltco has been a nightmare! Let's just say, he indicated he feels vindicated this has happened to us and it is our banks fault the wire didn't go thru to our credit union. He didn't say he failed to follow directions and put the beneficiary on the wire. This has been more than two weeks of H*** working with them. Then they just write you off and say we have done all we can! I have never in my life had such a horrible experience as I have had working with them. If you refinance your home and take cash out of your equity, make sure your mortgage broker doesn't use Reltco! One more thing, We were also delayed because the notary they sent had an expired license when he came to our home to sign paperwork. That delayed us even more.

I've been in real estate since 1995. RELTCO is the worst Title Company closing agent I've ever worked with. The day before closing they send me an email stating that they can't close the file because the underwriter turn it down. I called their office over 15 times, not one returned. Unprofessional company. I dealt with with Lauren J Sittig, Dani Cole an owner Paula L Woodring RELTCO called wanted my business, my first transaction with them was horrible. It’s my own fault, reading all their bad Google reviews, should have known better.

I wish there were 0 Stars. DO NOT USE EVER!!! This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever had to deal with and because of their constant errors (which we have documented in emails sent to us that mistakes made by them) we now after 5 months have to start the process over. Calls to CEO went unanswered , COO unanswered and National operations manager has since not responded and passed blame on our county. Who owns a company and doesn't want to talk to an upset customer? STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. OUR MORTGAGE BROKER HAS SAID WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!

I just had one of the best closing experiences I have ever had with a national title company! Reltco (specifically Margarita Osborn) stayed in communication with me every step of the way and helped keep this loan on target! Little things that could have delayed the closing or funding were avoided due to constant communication between the Title team, the Sellers title rep, my Lender and myself! Margarita made sure that we all kept our expectations on track and ensured that we all did our parts to make my clients closing happen smoothly, on time and with no unpleasant issues! Thank you Margarita and the whole Team 10 crew! Between you and UWM, this closing happened a week earlier then the contract date and the clients got through closing with no problems!

RELTCO is one of my favorite companies to work for. The scheduling is easy, any problems are quickly addressed. I've worked for them for a number of years, so I know they trust that I will get the job done correctly. Their bookkeeping is always correct & on time. I agree Rob Shrum is one of the best. Sometimes I may not accept jobs for anyone else (sometimes I'm over-worked & exhausted), but I always try to be sure to accept his calls.

We've been using Reltco for over 7 years and they're the best title company that I've ever used. Their pricing is the best I've seen. They are extremely fast, responsive and accommodating. They're very knowledgeable and helpful, which has been a huge help with some of the more complicated title situations. We've been solicited for business by other title companies so many times over the years, but we've always chosen to use Reltco on any transaction we can because of their amazing service. They're truly the BEST!

Our title company of choice is Reltco Inc located in Oldsmar. My wife and I have used them for years, both buying and selling properties. It has always been a positive experience and very professional. Our last closing was in May of this year, we dealt with Margarita for the first time. She was very accommodating and made sure everything was in order and the closing went very smoothly. Don't listen to the naysayers cause they are usually the problem.

Very bad service. I had to reschedule a closing 3 times, because they completely ghosted my client and they hardly ever respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. Aside from that, the receptionist was always rude with a bad attitude. Overall horrible service and complete lack of accountability. Always making up excuses for their bad service.

Reltco has been outstanding with the support I have received. They always answer my questions and provide great customer service. Rob is really good at what he does. I have known him and worked with him for many years. He goes out of his way to make the process smooth and complete. The folks there are dedicated professionals. They go out of their way and always make sure it is done right the 1st time
