Regions Bank S Main St, Ellijay

I recently had a fall and broke my hip and ankle and was on oxygen and needed a new ATM card shortly after these injuries. The employees at our Ellijay branch made this so easy for me. A friend drove me to the branch, went inside to tell them the situation. They came out to the car in the parking lot and verified I was who I said I was, then we drove to the window for paperwork. I got my card and cash I needed. Now, that's what I call customer service. Thank you so much.

Went to Region's Bank today to cash a check that was written to me from a Region's account. The teller said that because I didn't have an account with them, there would be a charge of 1% or $5 "whichever was greater". Sure enough I got 40 dollars back. I will never darken their doors again. What a rip off!

I'm unsure how new the current manage is, but with my second visit to regions bank, I must say I am very happy. The manager I spoke with was very polite, kind, and understand while helping me fix an issue with my account, she is the only reason I will continue banking with regions. While the phone support for the bank is still lacking quite a bit, at least the ellijay location has a very helpful staff. My rating would be higher is the bank hours where just a bit longer on work days.

Since the company I work for uses Regions as well, I come by more often than just personal use. Everyone is always polite, day in - day out. I find it much more likely that the reviews left about rude customer service is just someone having a bad day and/or mad about policy - something that the employees on branch level cannot help... Banking here for over 8 years. Thanks for everything!

Worst Bank in Gilmer county. Set in drive thru 30 mins. to cash a check with only one other vehicle in line. After setting they want to charge a $5.00 fee. Drive thru teller was rude and was not the kind of attitude that would earn my business. Take you business elsewhere.

We have had Business, personal, mortgage accounts with This Regions since we moved to Ellijay 20 years ago. The staff is always extremely friendly, efficient and have worked with me on various issues. I would never switch banks.

I have personal and business accounts with this bank. This is literally the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with Rude unprofessional customer service and nothing but problems, I will be shutting these accounts down and switching banks ASAP! I ordered a new debit card and received two PIN numbers for the wrong account on top of waiting well over a week for the wrong information to arrive and never received a debit card I’m extremely disappointed and will be letting everyone I do business with know of the constant problems I’ve had to deal with using this bank that I pay money to have accounts with! I would not recommend this bank! 0 out of 5 I will also be contacting the corporate office!

Opened this account two weeks ago. Nothing but problems.
