    It's a bank. Don't expect it to be your personal account it or your administrative secretary. They do a lot of things right they do a lot of things wrong. The people that work there are good. I was in line the other day and was appalled to overhear, because the person raised their voice, that this customer had no form of ID. Who goes to the bank without ID? Are y'all the same ones that want to vote without ID? Do you drive your car without any ID?

    Most inconvenient bank I've ever had!!!! I made a huge mistake using this bank. The atm rarely works, I can never deposit cash through the atm, the mobile banking works about half of the time. I will be closing my account here!!!

    I messed up and didn’t read the reviews before coming here.. I am absolutely fed up with regions. This is the last time I do business with them. I walked in looking for notary that was open, this was my only option. Got there, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told have a seat in the lobby. There I wait longer than 30 min for someone to assist me. Customer service was rude and uncaring. Noopppeee. Not for me.

    Worst service I've ever experienced. I dont have an account with you for this reason. But every month I have to pay rent by transferring money. I have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes every time. Its absolutely ridiculous. There are 4 lanes open in the drive thru but still takes over half an hour? How is that? This bank is trash! The employees are slower than Christmas! Make some changes

    Crooked banking practices guaranteed to keep your account overdrawn. Staff is inadequate and not very knowledgeable. The #1 mantra seems to be "I dunno, the home office must have done it" followed by #2 "I'm sorry I can't help you"

    The customer service is absolutely horrid!!! The young lady with the blonde curly hair that works the drive-thru is one of the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever came into contact with. I use this location frequently to make deposits into our business account and I dread when I see her at the window.

    Have banked with regions since I had a minors account with my parents. Now, have been a customer for 30 yrs. I love the people at regions, the bank itself. Would love to see more inside availability during covid. Not everyone can do by appointment in sudden situations, but other than this, I have no complaints with my banking service. I plan to be a life long customer of Regions and look forward to many years of banking with my local branches!

    Horrible, I feel like your in a dungeon. The staff dress nasty and the teller wear make up like their at a rave party. Service is so slow, I had one person behind me, but when I turned back again I had 20 people, this is ridiculous. They don't greet you or listen to you. That's why I love going to wells fargo and pen air banks because they know how to treat their customers.

    This Regions is the worst. Ever. Owning a business & cashing checks is such a hassle... this isn’t the first time I’ve went to cash 10k or less to be told they don’t have it on hand.. what a bank. They have no money. If I could give a 0 I would but 1 was the only option to leave a review. Regions sucks.!
