Very affordable and easy. I and my wife just got a loan from regional service branch office in Springfield Virginia. I must say 5 stars is too small. The application process was simple and straightforward. The staff I spoke with on phone Rhoda was just amazing. She listen and took time to explained the entire process. I got a personal loan from here. This was my first bank loan, and the process from applying online to receiving the funds was very simple. I never got the name of my representative, but she was helpful and patient with me in getting all the information I needed.
