      ** BAD - NEGATIVE REVIEW ** I drove an hour to get here all because they advertise their hours on Google as OPEN TIL 6PM weekdays, I get there and they are CLOSED, hours on door say CLOSED 4PM WEEKDAYS. WHAT A BUNCH OF $HIT. WASTED MY TIME AND GAS AT $4.55 A GALLON. I'm closing my ACCOUNTS HERE AFTER THIS, IF THEY CAN'T EVEN BE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO PUT THEIR CORRECT HOURS ON GOOGLE HOW CAN I TRUST THEM WITH MY MONEY ?????

      Update your hours so you don't have folks drive an hour just to find out you're closed. For everyone else, hours are now 8:00 - 16:00 M-F.

      I would highly suggest you getting a better Credit Union like Belco. PSECU won’t even give you cash from the bank. They make you go through hoops and hurdles to have access to your own money. They have the very limited hours(even before the pandemic) and awful customer service as their employees always give contradicting information. Don’t even get me started on PSECU’s “partnership” with Wells Fargo who also makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. As soon as I get my new card (which takes them 5-10 business days to send out, mind you Belco can print you a new card ON THE SPOT) I will be taking everything out of my accounts! This review is for potential customers and not PSECU because there’s nothing they can do to fix their problems unless they change their outdated policies and procedures.

      I've been a PSECU member for well over 15 years. I'd never even think about going to a bank or another credit union. Their online Bill Pay is so awesome and flawless. Cash back ever year to their members. PSECU is hands down the best in the business. I laugh at other credit card offers. PSECU has an excellent interest rate on all of their loans. I'm proud to be a PSECU Member!!!
