Scammers. Had to switch insurance companies bc they just disappeared. Found out they never reported my insurance to the Dept of Revenue so I have no history and can't get good deals on insurance after 5 years of paying over $150 a month. Thanks

I came into the agency and set up my insurance policy. I handed my registration card to the agent, at which point he subsequently entered my VIN incorrectly when setring my policy. A week later, I was pulled over and my vehicle was impounded for lack of insurance. The officer would not accept my insurance card or binder. The agency has pushed me off to a parent company and 3 other supervisors and only wanted to reimburse my impound fees after I go pay them. That does not cover my missed night of work or anything else. I asked for a refund so I can set up a policy with a different agency and 3 days passed before approval. Now, 6 days have passed and still no refund because the agent handling my account is always at lunch. Not impressed or happy with my experience!

I've been with Prestige Insurance for a while now. I've always received excellent service over the years. And unlike other insurance companies, they haven't given me not one reason to complain.
