      We have signed with these folks twice (once for each home) and the process was fast. Further, the person was very kind as we completed 30 - 50 pages of documents. The thing I appreciated the most was the common language explanations to legal and obtuse government forms. I understand are associate is not a lawyer, but she provided just the right amount of information for me to have peace of mind.

      We used Platinum Title for our first home purchase and they were fantastic! They were extremely efficient and once it was time to sign, they bring you in and treat you as if they’ve known you your entire life. Beautiful office and extremely friendly staff. I can’t compare them to any other title company but I was extremely impressed with their service.

      They didn't provide the documents in a timely manner then then they had to postpone my appointment to the next day then that day they had to postpone my appointment till after lunch but going in and signing with pretty awesome
