      These people only want your money. And trust me, they will get it. I sold my cabin in Strawberry and was kind of forced into using these people through Coldwell Banker Bishop Realty located there in Pine. Both party's new I was leaving the country Sept 3. We closed the deal on my cabin, paid in full on August 28. I have not received a dime as of today. Mail came today still no Check. I sold the cabin for $124,000 Somehow with a six percent commission my charges were just shy of $10,000 I was told by phone. I have to leave in the morning but will give a update when I return.
