    I’ve been with people’s bank for over 6 years now. I got my first credit card with them in 2020 to start building my credit and it was great for a little while. I could use my people’s bank app to make my payments, even the user friendliness of the app was not great it worked. My credit was climbing and I was very happy on how things were going. Then some here awhile back peoples out sources there credit cards to a different company making it very difficult to make payments. Well here recently maybe my credit had been fluctuating terribly. Twice already my payments have not went through on the payment date, and when they report me to the credit bureaus it shows either I have to much debt, or I have not used my card enough. In the beginning people’s was great but I have grown to become very ill with there services.

    You need to tell your employees they can smile and be nice to people. At one of your branches all the employees r rude and never smile. They act like they just hate to have to wait on anyone. They have no personality. Just saying. Doesn’t hurt to b nice.

    This bank has the absolute, hands down, WORST customer service. Unless you just need somewhere to store your money, I highly recommend considering any other bank than People's Bank of AL.

    Don't Go to the one in holly pond they are hardly friendly and just do their job. Areas around are alright and very friendly on top of the service. To add they caught an early attempt on my account and locked it but didn't inform me I had to find out and wait a week until the card arrived in the mail.

    I don't have a problem with the bank itself however the website is horrible. You cannot track down detailed account information like you can at other banks. They switched from Visa debit cards to Discover and it's been nothing but a headache for my family because many businesses and companies do not accept the Discover card. I unfortunately am looking into changing banks in the near future. Again I stress that it's not the bank or employees it's the extremely lackluster website and near useless debit card.

    If I can’t transfer funds between business and personal over the phone it’s a headache and I choose somewhere else to bank.

    I have been bankin with People's Bank for a VVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRYYYY LONG TIME. EVER SINCE THEY FIRST OPENED IN WEST POINT. IN MY OPINION...THEY ARE THE CREAM OF THE CROP OF BANKS and all the IMMEDIATE FAMILY 👪 I HAVE LEFT...BANKS WITH THEM TOO. ON ANOTHER NOTE PLEASE KNOW THAT I APPRECIATE ALL THE CASHIERS WORKIN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOWS...AND ALL THE OTHER..UNSEEN WORKERS WHO COME TO WORK JUST SO I CAN STILL DO BANKING. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
