He is very rude. Dont know how to talk to customers. He put in false information. When asked about it he act like he did not know what I was talking about and what happened. Police was called and of course they sided with him. I am in contact with the better business bureau.

If you’re looking to rent a uhaul please go through an actual uhaul place....we left the uhaul spotless besides one spot of grass and he’s trying to charge an extra 50$! I can only imagine how much he scams in his pawn shop too.

Rented a uhaul at 11:30pm for 24 hours and woke up to MULTIPLE missed calls at 11:20 am not even 12 hours after renting, asking where we were and we told him it was for 24 hours and he said it was his mistake...very unprofessional the way he texted us multiple times and called and he was in the wrong.

If I could give no star I would. These people are definitely not customer service friendly and try to get over on hard working people in our community. This business really needs to be shut down or at least investigated.

Brought in a ps5 brand new in box because I needed money for rent and he offered me a measly 250$. Please go find a different pawnshop to go to that actually cares about their customers!!!!!

Rented a storage building. Paid in full for my storage building 5 days before moving from another city to Muscle Shoals, arrived with my furniture ready to unload and Brian had rented the storage building to someone else the day before! The storage building I rented and paid for was rented to someone else!! So now I was offered a “deal”.... he would rent me another unit with 2more feet for $25.00 more a month! Wow! Never said, “I am sorry, nothing”. This is not a business I would recommend. I was left to scramble for another storage building after planning ahead! Not dependable, and definitely tried to take advantage of me! He rented me a storage building, rented same building to someone else and did not care that I trusted his business. I do not recommend doing business it’s a “scam” storage “fleecing” customers during desperate situations!

Came in after being laid off from work and not being able to find another job despite diligently searching for over a month, I was having to sale my $50retail cloth gun case, 2 designer pool sticks($100each retail), and my Kissing Craine Original Howie Knife with Sheath (close to mint condition, $150-$200retail without sheath), he offered me $50 and WOULD NOT go up even $5 to help me out a little more, out of options I had to accept. Came in a month later and saw my knife on display for $129. That man is deceitful, selfish, lying and greedy. DO NOT GO THERE EVER GO TO GOLD, GUNS, AND GUITARS OR PAWN AND AUTO IN KILLEN!!!

Went there to buy a jig saw, just for building basic items.........They had a low end jigsaw for $15, the man over the counter didnt try to up sell me.......The jigsaw did not come with a blade and when I asked if they sold any he said " There might be one in that box over there, if you can find one you can have it"........I ended up finding finding one and he gave it to me no charge Great customer service, I went in for a cheap jigsaw and thats what i cameout with

I have been doing business with Pawn Daddy for over 10 years and have always been totally and completely satisfied!!!

Waste of time unless u like overpriced wore out items. I feel i'm at a junk collectors convention. Visited two times in two yrs and waste of time.
