Can't access the online banking. No many how many times I reset everything. On the phone for 15 minutes before service. A 4.50 dollar charge fee for paying over the phone. Ridiculous.

One year later.. This is one of the best banks I've ever done banking with. Ive been all over the east cost. Hands down the best! Thanks Thorney Out! I've been with them for a few months now and it's been a very good experience. The office staff is very polite and helpful. Greenville is the best place I've ever lived in. I'd recommend this bank for anyone looking a quick ATM or bank account this is the place. Thorney Out!

One month ago I walked into second national bank on Wagner Ave and I was able to receive change whatever I wanted no problem. Today I walk in asking for change I give her my post it note explaining the bills I wanted in exchange for my bigger bills. She said ALL RUDE LIKE “WHO IS THIS FOR?” I said who it was for and also mentioned I had a bank account. She then sticks her nose in the air and takes a peak in her drawer and says I can’t do this I have no change. All I wanted was one roll of quarters and two rolls of dimes!!!!! She then looked at the teller beside her and said I can’t do this I have no change. Umm okay THANK YOU FOR REFUSING TO HELP ME because you didn’t want to do your job! Other than that my service from the other teller was excellent But the one before that ZERO STARS

Staff is snottie and slow. I plan to close my account when the shut down is over. I have been using 2nd Nat. For almost 19 years.

I am impressed with their desire to accommodate me, personable and professional. I do miss those "after normal banking hours" they had when they were at Walmart.

Staff is always happy and helpful. I do all my banking here.
