I wanted to share my experience that I have had with Bianca at this branch. I had become furloughed April of 2020 and it was been quite the roller coaster, but through out this entire process, Bianca has been extremely kind, sensitive, professional, and really took the time to stay on my claim and worked with me on my payments. She never once belittled me or made me feel like I was less then because I was furloughed and could not afford the payments. Bianca has truly been a God send, and One main should use Bianca as the model of how all employees should treat clients. Thank you so much Bianca

Contrary to the negative reviews, my experience was great. My loan officer, Ana Rojas was great. She was very professional and very caring. I had all my documents ready when I went in. I did not apply online because the best way to get a loan is to go inside the store. Ana went over my credit history with me and ASKED if I wanted to purchase any of the insurances they offer. I was not forced to buy anything extra. My score wasn't the best and I was approved for $2000 with payments I can afford. I suggest anyone wanted to get a loan from them to go to the office in Hollywood on University Drive. Apply in the office and have your documents ready. I highly recommend Onemain and would like to thank Ana Rojas again for her caring help...

This location is the worse the staff has very bad attitudes. they’re very unprofessional at this location.As soon as I walked in the door I was told that I needed an appointment for this location, I then stated that I have been in before and was never told that. The associate then said it was only for today. After that I worked with Bianca Linarte who did not even introduce herself I had to ask her for her name she was very short and made it seem as if I was wasting her time she spoke of other customers information including first and last name in front of me never did I receive undivided attention during my interaction. After having everything I needed she found away to say no only because I was inquisitive and educated. When I question her she showed major attitude I asked her to please take her personal Emotions and feelings out of the conversation. Don’t waste your time going to this location unless you are family and friends of the staff!!!!!

It was easy and fast to increase my current loan. Money was deposit in my account in 30 minutes.!!! Good Job!!

OneMain Financial has come through for us on 2 different occasions and I can't say enough great things about them. Bianca at the Pembroke Pines, FL location was our agent both times and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is quick, responsive, understanding, and she really works with you to ensure you get the best solution for your problem. Both times we had the money in our account by the next day. Ease of process, & paperwork. In and out for the entire loan? Less than 90 minutes from application, to paperwork signing. Online account management including payment history, balance inquiry and ability to make additional payments towards principal. I dealt with them when it was Springleaf, and it's still as easy as it was before.
