I can't say enough about the individuals in this office. I work closely with Kirsten, but there isn't one person here that doesn't go out of their way to help. I went back to school to become a RN and have had some struggles over the past couple months. Kirsten goes above and beyond to help me when I need it. We’re in the middle of a pandemic where people can’t even afford to live and they have no issue suing you. They have the car and we’re paid a large chunk of money and instead of being understanding in trying times they would rather sue you. Not to mention how rude they are when you get into an accident and had zero compassion. Do not go through these people!

If I had to pick just one thing that sets the Idaho Falls OneMain branch above any other lending branch(and yes I have options to choose from) I would have to say customer service. What some people dont understand is that they have to maintain a certain level of professionalism. And on the other hand they seem to be able to keep things light and fun. If you walk into a store not knowing anyone, and leave feeling like family, that's because your staff is next level. So good job. And thanks for your help.
