      I've been a member of OMNI for a number of years and have found they have great customer service. The only complaint I would give is not having a branch open on the North side of Battle Creek on Saturdays. I stay away from that area of Battle Creek on weekends. Plus I live on the North side closer to Pennfield. It's nice having a credit union on this side of town especially on the weekends

      Horrible customer experience!!! I would not recommend Omni as a whole. I work for an FI myself and cannot believe how they treat customers. We have been trying to work with Omni for my grandma's account but they have been nothing but rude, inconsistent, and making things more difficult. Each employee gives you a different answer which is frustrating. Also, with the lobby is closed on Saturdays and lack of open locations make it inconvenient. There were 20 cars in line which should be a sign that they should be more efficient.

      Been with Omni for over 55 years! Since before they were Omni. Love this credit union! They are always so friendly and helpful!

      This is the best customer service you could hope for . They are great for loans and interest, and if you do get in trouble financially they are right there to help.

      I have been a member of this bank for 18 years. I have had personal checking, savings, and loans through this bank, and I’m typically satisfied with the way I’m treated and valued as a customer. However, recently I had an issue which lead me to the collections department, and I will be closing the account. The manager of collections, Heidi, and her employee Jess denied holding a direct deposit, but claimed that the account was “flagged”. They said they needed me to call before my paycheck was released to my account, but it “wasn’t being held”. I had received a paycheck just two weeks prior. So my money is in purgatory? Aside from holding my money, both employees were extremely patronizing and rude over the phone after a 20 minute wait. I do not recommend Omni to anyone. It’s disheartening that I need to search for a new bank to build new relationships with after our long standing history.
