Mostly a good experience. At times I had trouble getting in touch with my contact. On the local move with Bellhops, the Offerpad rep said that they break down beds, etc. When I connected with Bellhops I was told they charge $150 per item to break down.

Low ball offers you'll probably accept because you're in a hurry to sell. Than ridiculous requests before closing to lower their offer even more.

Simple clean and fair price. Great follow up and team approach works well. Closing was fast and smooth. We would work with offer pad but never want to move again.
