Sue and Matt were awesome to deal with. They even make appointments on Saturday! They were a blessing to help us with our vehicle title transfers. Definitely a place I would go again in a heartbeat!

My latest vehicle purchase was nothing short of a nightmare. Working with The Notary Shop was the one of the few things that worked out perfectly. Regretfully showed up 15 min before close, that’s not my personality and apologized for my inconvenience, but they wouldn’t have it. They were polite, accommodating, and professional. After about 20 min. I had my taxes paid, registration, and plate in hand. Highly recommend them.

Sometimes the word "notary" sounds mysterious and a bit intimidating at times and that's where The Notary Shop brings the message home with clear definition. Shop owner Susan Ostrowsky is knowledgeable about a myriad of notary services and I have found her approach to be refreshing and helpful in a variety of transactions from loan, escrow, title, financial and real estate documents. Susan is also an expert in auto tag and title needs with temporary, permanent, antique and specialty tags, transfers, registration, duplicate or disabled services. Susan makes what can be a difficult process seem simple, straight forward and very understandable.

So I went here today for the first time in 2 years. I asked the state farm guy if he happened to have a small socket set. A simple no would have been acceptable but he proceeded to say "No but Geico or All state might" as him and 2 other people proceeded the laugh. They don't seem very professional in my opinion. The transfer cost my sister $240 that's $80 more than most notaries in the area for a passenger car. We are highly disappointed with the service we recieved. I suggest going elsewhere for your insurance/notary needs. Never again will I return.

My experience here was awesome! Everyone is super nice, there was a beautiful doggo to greet you! The notary work was quick, and I received my title promptly! Would highly recommend.
