I was jammed up trying to get my closing documents notarized in a very small window of time today and I must’ve tried 5 different places but, as it turns out, getting a notary who’s authorized to notarize these specific documents (bill of sale, warranty of deed, power of attorney) is next to impossible in the city. I told Lucas my situation and he went out of his way to search for a UPS store where we could meet that was also within close range to one of my title company’s locations so I could scan over my documents to my attorney immediately after notarizing and drop them off. Not only is he qualified but he is also incredibly helpful, efficient and just super kind. Will totally recommend him in the future
