All in all the experience was a pretty good one. When we came into the office and were shown into the closing room, everything was explained succinctly so that we understood all of the paperwork, since it was our first house. However, when we arrived at the office, we found the atmosphere rather tense because, beside the presence of our agent, Gabby, there was a young man and woman couple and another woman to whom I believe we were not introduced. Later, after those three had completed their session with the Northwest agent, and the couple had departed, we discovered that the couple were the sellers and the woman was Mia, their agent. We found it rather odd and a bit impolite that introductions did not occur when we initially arrived, rather than being left in mystery.
