      We just closed on our cash out refinancing using Guaranty & Title Co. They were very professional and quick. They had everything ready for us, which was nice because we had 2 small children with us. When I took our check to the bank, they said the money would be available immediately. So I know this company is a trusted name in North Dakota. I would recommend them and use them in the future.
