Great service and very responsive. They handled the closing on the sale of our house and it went flawlessly. There were difficulties we encountered but they knew exactly who to contact to resolve them. I wish they'd have been available for the closing on the house we bought (in another market area, way outside their operating area); I'd bet we wouldn't have had half the purchase closing problems we encountered there. Very highly recommended for closing your property sale or purchase, they're that good.

We were there to sell our house to a new family out of state. They stayed with us until the check came through and cleared. They were polite offering their seats to anyone that might need to have a seat. They offered us drinks and coffee and it was precious how they had hot cocoa for our 3 year old. It was also nice to set how they treated our lifetime and incredible real estate agent.

There are really bad title companies out there. I really had no idea until we started selling houses and had to use the title company of the buyers choice. I knew Adria and her team was great but I didn't know just how many light-years they are over other local title companies. We have closed with North Alabama Title just under 10 times I think. I didn't know how good we had it! It's really nice to have someone that we can depend on! I am so appreciative! THANK YOU!
