    We have been a loyal customer for years now with this credit union. I wish I could have wrote this review without giving them any stars. The way you all are treating your customers and we are keeping your doors open with our money. We will be removing our money from this credit union. My account rarely overdrafts and when it does I pay my fees but for you all to hit me for multiple times over 150 dollars in overdraft fees is crazy. When ever we call in to get some assistance you can't. I finally got someone on the phone and I was told they could not help me and that all of the managers were in a meeting. I was given an email address that no one responds to. This credit union is canceled their thieves.

    They are THIEVES!!! I loved this credit union when I joined in 2017. But I will be closing my accounts! I was charged an overdraft for something that was not my fault. They will not take responsibility for the error and reverse the overdraft. They don't answer the phone during business hours.

    Moneyone started out a GREAT bank. Never had issues.. car loan, skip a payment, Christmas stimulus etc. My issue is how they hold alot of transactions for 2 or 3 days. when I asked the representative what happened. She couldn't even explained to me how the money was there when I made the transaction but now I owe an overdraft fee. When they take more than 5 mins.. I just say for forget because they don't even know

    0 stars !! They are scammers !! They did a hard inquiry on my credit report for a mortgage which I never applied for and kept pushing me back to other people. One person told me she was getting me a supervisor then transferred me to a completely different company !! Called back and asked for a supervisor/manager and Anna told me she was one but wouldn’t provide her last name, an id or anything. Saying she’s the only Anna there yet they want me to verify who I am using my ssn and birthday for a mortgage application that I never applied for !!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! This is a federal credit union ! I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent and unhelpful.

    I mailed some personal information to them as they requested, and they claimed they never received it. They asked me to send it again with a tracking number so they'd be sure to get it and so they could log it into their system. I did exactly what they said and the tracking service shows me the package was delivered. But I didn't hear from them so I called to follow up and again they claimed they never received it. Where is my information going?? I left a message with the branch manager but he didn't return my call. Horrible service! I don't trust them at all.

    I agree with some of the other reviews. Money One's online banking system sucks!!! It's always locking you out and it is not trustworthy. I've made several transfers online to pay my car note and days later, the system doesn't reflect the transfer, therefore, it appears as if I did not pay my car note ON TIME!! This has affected my credit score tremendously. I called Money One to discuss the system error and they insisted that there was nothing wrong with their system. Money one's goal seems to be messing up your credit score rather than helping improve your score. Don't bank or apply for any loans with this institution! They are not to be trusted!!!

    I will NEVER bank with this institution again. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I would give money one federal credit union zero stars if I could. No one is ever available when I try to call to make my car payment, I’ve been put on hold for up to an hour every time I call then transferred to voicemail. The voicemail is never returned but I then I will get a call from a rep days later asking why my car payment is late. Which has affected my credit score severely. They also don’t have the option to pay online. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are just terrible. I’ve left several voicemails to the manager, as well as the supervisor to explain my concerns and they never get back to me.

    I have literally made all my payments and every month I have to call because my account is locked out or some other error and then I’m late and I get a fee I paid over the amount due and I then had a late fee and it affected my credit score how am I supposed to give you my money !!! If you won’t even let me log in. And then nobody answers the customer service and almost all the times wait 20 plus minutes before hearing “we are sorry please call back at another time, goodbye.” Or something along those lines . And To pay a fifteen dollar fee over the phone to pay my bill because my account has been locked and so on …. And still get a late fee!!! Really blows my mind.

    Do NOT bank with Money One Federal Credit Union. The staff there is unfriendly, condescending, and ignorant. I had an issue that needed to be resolved and when I asked to speak with the manager. I was always told he was busy and would call me back I NEVER received that phone call. It was NOT until I called more than 3 times. The manager then calls back to say he can NOT help me at all. He was smug with a complete lack of empathy for an upset customer. Nor will he care if you close your account for such poor customer service and lack of assistance. When I opened my account, the bank had staff that was friendly and demonstrated a willingness to help at ALL times.

    Absolutely the most unprofessional bank I've ever dealt with. They are not training their employee's, they all don't know what they are doing, whenever i ask to make an adjustment to my account, they say yes i will handle it, it will be done- but I come to find out its never what it seems. they will yes yes yes you, until you get off the phone. They are unknowledgeable. To have a good bank and company you need proper training for your staff. They seem MISERABLE. I don't want to do your banks job and keep calling to make sure the adjustment settings I requested were made and was told MANY TIMES would be fixed only to be let down. EVERY. time. get it together!!!!!!!! I wish I was never forced into this bank to refinance. UNREAL.
