So my girlfriend who lives out of town saw a car she wanted me to look at here at MTL. I called and inquired about the car and they said the car would need a jump to get started before I could test drive it. I was immediately worried and shared my concerns with the sales lady. She said it just needed a new battery but I was thinking of electrical issues, alternator or other potential problems. I stated typically buyers want a drive off the lot in a already ready vehicle and why wouldn't MTL have a new battery already installed prior to purchase?.... my answer would come at the time of test driving the vehicle. I arrived and the 2003 Hyundai Tuscon looked super clean inside and out and I was excited, but all of that was about to change. The sales lady brought out the jump box and I hooked it up and the vehicle started right away, I ensured the functionality of all the light and turns signals followed by all the power windows. Good to go, I put my foot on the brake and attempted to put it in reverse to back out of the parking spot, it wouldn't budge. I checked to see if it had a button on the lever that needed pushing, it had none. I pulled back with force this time and it angrily went into reverse with a loud, audible clunk coming from underneath the vehicle, transmission is shot I said. I back out and as angrily as the lever went into reverse it went the same way into drive. After pulling up to the stop sign and pressing the brakes to a whole lot of grinding and squeaking,... brake are shot and it's down to the rotors I mentioned. We get up to speed and an overwhelming odor of burnt oil floods the cockpit and I express my displeasure and the sells lady attempts to close the vents to no avail. I drove it around the block and quickly realized why they wouldn't put in a new battery because this lemon wasn't worth it. I notified my girlfriend of my findings and we thought it best to find her a vehicle through a private seller as opposed to a used car lot due to things exactly like this. My opinion is that used cars are risky anyways but private sellers usually take care of their vehicles and know the history. Fast forward 3 days my girl found a super clean and immaculate Toyota Highlander in pristine condition from a private seller at a fair price! My suggestion would be MTL might have some good vehicles but this wasn't one of them. Hope this helps 💯

I purchased a second vehicle with them not knowing they were crooks until months later notice my contract wasn't accurate got lawyers involved nothing resolve after conversing for months...currently sueing them BE WARE!!!! read and ask questions before signing anything.....Valuable lesson learned dealing with them!!!!! I went to court on the 11th Harshna lawyer presented paperwork I had never seen until the day we were in court with my signature on it this is the extent they will go to continue to commit fraud even perjury, also they are working under so many different names metro title and Jp title neither came up as a business when tired to report them to the Ga. Secretary of State. WARNING EVERYONE!!! It's sad because I wonder how many other people they have done this to..........and gotten away with but I will pursue this to the end....another thing they came and repoed the truck when everything first came to the light 7days late but I was trying to get my paperwork straight she use it as leverage to repo it, had it back on their lot for sale 4500.00 after I had paid 3083.00 to them never went to liquidation sale given me the option to buy my truck back..... I'm telling y'all they are not right.......Beware!!! Remember I was a returning customer paid a car off in 6mths with them.

Staff is great but we got a vehicle who`s transmission needed replacing plus a new battery and alternator. So buyer beware. You don't get a warranty.

They finance in house on anything below 5,000 For anything more, plan on 1/2 down and the remainder over 2 years. Also, no credit checks or reporting.
