I had a really great experience working with Maximum Title Loans. Things happen and I needed funds quickly. I initially set everything up with Kyle and he made me an appointment at the Scottsdale location to finalize the paperwork. Kaylee was there and made the entire process really easy. She was extremely transparent and it was easy to understand the terms and conditions. She was super friendly and really knowledgeable, I would do business here again just because of the impression she made. Thanks Kaylee!

I used these guys for several loans in the past. They will give you more on your vehicle than the other title loan companies and return customers will get a better rate. However be aware, if you are late, they will call everyone on your application asking to get a hold of you. Also they take quite a bit of time getting your title cleared, they say up to 10 days. I did not take that long, I think 3 days is what they needed. Would be helpful if they speed this process. Staff is very good and helpful.

This was my second visit to Maximum Title Loans and I have to say I am very pleased with the ease and service. It is a little overpriced, but as a family owned business, they know how to take care of their customers, especially repeat customers. Getting approved is as easy as the owner saying "yes". Great for quick, on the spot, money for emergency needs. Jackie was very nice and helpful through the process the second time. Thanks again! I went to the Maximum Title Scottsdale office having completed one loan and needing to get another. Throughout the term of the first loan, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful the few times I needed to call with questions. They were very consistent and polite in reminding me of my payment dates (by text, email, and phone), so that I never missed a payment and therefore never had to pay any penalties. I also like the fact that this is a family run local business so the most of the money generated by the business stays in the state. For my second loan, I got the ball rolling with April who informed me of the items I needed for the second loanI. I did have my car for the lien so had to return the next day to complete the process. Kyle helped me when I returned. He was friendly, easy to speak with, a fellow golfer, and made it painless for me to secure a second loan. I had gotten an offer from another loan company, which Maximum Title matched upon verification of the offer. For a someone needing to borrow money to meet a couple of unexpected expenses, it was a pleasant overall experience, Kyle was awesome, and I left with the money a and a clear understanding of the terms.

Had to borrow money and I needed it fast and they took care of me. I had to do two different short term loans and they worked with me. This is the place to get your title loan if and when you may need one in Scottsdale. Highly recommend them!

I am giving them 3 stars because you cannot pay a day early and I day late. They will hound you by calls, text messages and emails for your payment. When I received the loan, she was super kind! It's annoying that you have to jump through hoops to get pay off amount! I've called and emailed and left a message to get a call back for 2 months and nothing?

Walked in here expecting a confusing long process to get my first title loan, but instead was greeted by Sacha who made it one of the simplest task ever. She walked me through my options, the contract, and answered any questions I had. I’m lucky she was in the office when I came in!

I was just in the Scottsdale location just the other day. I had a wonder experience with Bob which I believe is the owner to the company. He was really nice and helping me out in getting me the money I need at a good rate. They give such a friendly welcome to everyone that walks in the door which makes you not think you not at a title loan company but at home.
