Madison Settlement Services did an excellent job. Everything was easy from start to finish. They took the time to explain the mountain of paperwork that comes with closing on a house. While they took time to explain everything, the closing process didn't feel tedious. I also didn't feel rushed. I could tell that they had a lot of experience and had a great system in place. The work Madison Settlement Services does is very complicated and detailed. You need the right company doing this type of work on your behalf. I'm glad they were recommended to me. I worked with Madison Settlements for closing on my first house. They were transparent and kept in touch with our lender and realtor throughout the process. Most importantly, Lance caught a discrepancy from the lender at closing, saving us $250 a month.
