    First of all thank God for Ms Veronica Young. She is very professional and considerate toward her client(s). She goes out of her way to get the best and the most for her client(s). I hope that she gets paid for her skills because she is smooth as well as proficient and consistent with her drive to please her client(s) and her interactions and pleasant personality are genuine. I can't compliment her enough. I was and as always very pleased with how Ms Veronica Young takes care of my business.

    I have had an account with this Credit Union for over 7 years. Currently I am traveling internationally and despite letting them know I am traveling they have shut down my card 5 times and left me stranded. They did this to me while I was traveling to Atlanta a few years ago and shut down my card twice last year while I was living in Washington. It is a part time job just to call them and have it reactivated and they are always condescending about it. If you want a debit card that will work reliably then look elsewhere for your banking needs. EDIT: I called 2 weeks prior to my travels and put a notice in on my online account and this still happened. This was also the case in Atlanta.

You can place a Travel Notices in our mobile/online banking. Our security monitors transactions and if there isn't a note on the card and a transaction happens out of town, they may restrict card. These measures are taken to prevent potential fraud. In the past you needed to make a call to let us know, now you can place you're own note and travel dates.     Roxanna Del Rio at the LA Mall Branch was fantastic she handled my vehicle loan! It was a very pleasant experience working with her in person on my loan. She is very friendly helpful and efficient. I would see her if you need anything!!!!

    I opened a savings account and Visa Secured Credit Card with this establishment a few years ago. Easy Peasy took like 30 mins. With this kind of credit card, you submit a deposit. I closed the card at the beginning of the year and so far I've spent almost 3 business days on the phone with them to try to get my $250 deposit put back into my account! Each rep transfers me to a different rep who also -YOU GUESSED IT- can not help me with this issue!! "You need to talk to member services" "You need to speak with guest services" Ping-ponged back and forth like this plus put on hold and before you know it I've been on the phone for 4 hours at a time, really amazing how fast they take money opposed to giving it back!

    LAFCU at L.A. Mall (downtown) location is a convenient place for your banking in downtown area. Dash bus stops are very nearby. After comparing auto loan rates, I found that LAFCU has the lowest loan rate. Loan Officer/Branch Service Rep Veronica Young. was especially helpful, accommodating, prompt with responses, thorough, and knowledgeable. Thank you Ms. Young.

    I did all my car payment on time. Now that I request my tittle. No body is giving me an answer, when I finally talked to someone they said they make a mistake on my address. I been waiting on my tittle for over 2 weeks and now I have to wait another 2 weeks. And they told me I’ll get a duplicate, what type of service is this ? I really don’t recommend this credit service. Not responsable at all.

    Good customer service, good lending rates. Marking it 2 stars because they do not report loan repayments to Equifax. That means only 2 out of my 3 credit scores made it into the 800+ club. Because they do not report to Equifax, it is hovering in the 760s (on Equifax). This caused my wife and I to qualify for our mortgage at a quarter of a percent higher (or more, possibly). If I had known that was gonna happen, I probably would have got my car loan elsewhere. This was a measly $10k used car loan, btw. If it was a higher amount, who knows how much further that score would be trailing the other 2 major bureaus scores.

    Was on hold for 30 minutes at 10:00am in the morning, finally hung up!! Half The staff is still working from home so don’t expect anyone to call you back, or return an email. The loan department/underwriting is slow and can’t get deals funded in a timely matter. I will start sending my loans to another cudl credit union this is not how business is done!!

    I'm a member to this credit union and often come to the LA Mall branch and all staff...the Tellers, the Bankers and the Manager Roxana Del Rio are very nice and helpful. They also validate parking.
