Liberty Tax & Loans Kelley Blvd, Millbrook

Do NOT get your taxes prepared here. Liberty Tax has prepared my taxes for the last 9 years in 3 different states. I return because of the prompt processing, great pro-active service, multi-level review, and ability to meet with someone in person in any state that has my tax history. I filed with this location on 12 Feb 21. I checked for my return on irs.gov weekly and checked with the office for a status weekly as well (typically, Liberty Tax contacts me every three days, at most, with an update until it is sent to the IRS). After a month of "in process" with Liberty, my WIFE gets a text with a picture of the processor's monitor and my status... The screen reads that there is no paperwork to review and in process. My wife asks what that means and finally, the processor calls to find out what the problem is. My refund hadn't even been submitted for Liberty review!!!! So then my wife and I had to re-sign our return, this time with an additional $50 processing fee (now bringing our total to almost $500 for filing ONE W2 and not self-employed! This is hundreds of dollars more than my taxes have ever cost me, but I thought it might just be a 2020 thing, it's not)... Do not get your taxes done here! You will pay twice as much as you should and you'll wait a month to find out it was never submitted to the IRS. Odds are that you'll miss the filing deadline and get audited!

I just got to give props to Christian she goes above and beyond she is the true definition of someone who loves her customers. She has decorated the office with full Halloween decorations it looks amazing... it’s so hard to find people who truly love their job and work with their customers.... just to clarify Christian decorated the office her mind is amazing she always makes sure her office is inviting and creative #Period

Every time I walk in there I feel welcomed. Kacey is I likeable young man and very level-headed. Christian is simply awesome and always makes me feel at home with her warm and amazing smile. I truly love her personality the best. Over all the atmosphere in the office is a warm friendly down to earth environment.

Amazing staff! Both Lauren and Christian. Were very professional. Would recommend this location for any and all your cash needs!! I would also like to update I came in today 9/23/18 with my with my wife to inquire about a title transaction and although we are still thinking on it I wanted to take a quick moment to say that today the girls had increased their decorations since my last visit. To me this is what customer service is about going above and beyond the call of what the job is. These girls have a creative mind and I can’t wait to see what they come up with next. I may stop on this week just to see how the progress is going! Keep up the good work ladies!

I have to say hands-down approve cash in Millbrook is 100% amazing Went in this afternoon to try to get a loan. And the young lady in the office by the name of Christian was extremely helpful and professional I told her my situation about how I was trying to get a loan to get my children Christmas she went through the process of helping me and unfortunately was unable to because I did not have the right credentials but that did not stop her from trying she made a few phone calls for me and tried to see if she could help me out by the end of the time she reached in her pocket and give me the last $10 she had and told me to buy the baby something special. We need more people in the world like her best believe when I get me out a bank account established I will be coming back just because of her, I would recommend approve cash to anyone.

I have been using millbrook location for over a year. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Christian is always cheerful and very friendly. Always a pleasure to do business with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as Christian is there. Always makes me feel good when I leave

I've never had any issues with Approved Cash; they've always been super helpful and easy to deal with, even when I've had to be late on a payment. I just call and let them know, no late fees, no hassles, no harassing phone calls. The only thing that would be better is if it were easier to make payments and renew the loan online or over the phone but I do understand that they need a new check each time

After being given the run around at numerous competitors, Christian eased my mind and got me the quick assistance I needed. I will be more than glad to return and will also send people to Approved Cash. She is awesome!!!!

I love approved cash . But was sad to call today and find out that the girl who has been their every time I come in is gone and no longer working for them ..she was awesome . Christian will be miss . Don’t think I will go back now. But thank you for helping me when I did come in.

I love this place, Mrs Scoggins is always very helpful and very sweet. She always takes the time to listen to all my problems, even though she doesn’t have to. And they are always there to help you anyway possible. I would drive the extra mile just to go to them and not anyone else.
