I went in there and let me tell you babygirl knew what she was doing and was ready for whatever I dropped they got me together with a great laptop wonderful service all the way round they made you feel as if you've been friends since grade school absolutely loved it :) :)

“I LOVE THESE LADIES AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have shopped with every one of the pawn shops in the tri-county area I am always in the market for great deals ranging from electronics to firearms. Most of the time I find a great deal with bad customer service (regardless of how busy the store is) or I find the customer service to be good and the pricing be ridiculous. ( please don’t get me wrong) I totally agree with “you get what you pay for” concept. From the very first time I entered into this store I have received unparalleled customer service from Bridget and Amber, they are totally professional, knowledgeable of all the items offered at this store, and most of all a great pleasure to talk to, they are always patient no matter if it is opening or closing time their customer service is outstanding if I could give them ten stars I would!!!! I have been in the store and have personally witnessed customers use all of services offered at this location, Bridgett and Amber takes great pride in explaining to their customers everything about that product (most importantly without judgment) I have used pawn services as well as title pawn services from other establishments and each time felt judged and repressed, EVERY customer that I have witnessed in your establishment working with Bridgett or Amber has always left satisfied, head up, and very happy. So in closing Bridgett and Amber has broken the code on the perfect amount of professionalism and humbleness that is demanded from this market. Brigette keep up the outstanding leadership that is unparalleled to so other managers in your market can learn from, and Amber you keep providing the same professional and respectful service that you offer to each one of your customers and one day you too will be an outstanding manager.

When the District Manager, Jackie, gives out personal information without permission or LEGAL rights, I wouldn't recommend using this company!!! I will be leaving a review everywhere I can about Jackie and this business!!

Amber and Brigette were extremely friendly and helpful with my firearm purchase. At first I came in for a yard appliance and they didn't have what I needed, but they didn't pressure me into any sale. Instead they were friendly and let me be on my way. A firearm did catch my eye on the way out and I came back right before closing. Amber was very enthusiastic and helpful in helping me despite the late hours. They are true pros here.

Love this location, the Counter Staff and Manager are very personable and professional. I have sold and bought merchandise at very competitive prices at this location and will continue to do so. Thank you for being exactly who you are. They only allow a 5 star maximum, otherwise I would gladly rate these folks higher.
