Kitsap Credit Union WA, Bremerton

Poor customer service of one of the teller. Happened not only once but few times already with the same person. I wonder why they can not treat people the same? We have been a member for so many years and most of the employees before were accommodating & trying their best to help meet the needs of the member. Now it is gone! & time to move to another bank. Felt so disappointed!

Kitsap Credit Union does not seem to appreciate their responsibility in handling people's money. I gave them 1k a WEEK AGO to set up an account. I was supposed to get a call in 1-2 days, but I haven't heard from anyone in a full week. I have an EMPTY ACCOUNT, but I have no idea when I will be able to get access to my money, because they totally flaked me. I can't wait to get this sorted out so I can find a more professional bank to do business with.

Been a member here for just about 8 years.They have lost track of my bill payments on multiple occasions and damaged my credit score. Each time they have come back and apologized and everything but the fact it keeps happening is incredibly frustrating. I will never take out another loan with Kitsap Credit union and I thoroughly discourage others from doing so.

Kitsap Credit Union is by far the best bank I have ever been a member of. They have a team of experts that monitor your credit card usage. Twice now someone has tried to use my card and they have caught it and alerted me right away. Within minutes it was handled. Then I just go in person and get my card replaced. Their customer service is spot on every single time. I am so happy to be a credit union member.

I've received the best help and service, of any institution that I've been a member of. The tellers are friendly, and more than helpful when you have a problem or question.

I experienced some overdraft fees that I didn't feel I deserved, especially with overdraft protection!? After listening to Bridgette in great detail, she showed me my mistake and then proceeded to waive the fees for me anyway! I have 5 kids and wife, so every dollar is vauluable.. Thank you very much for the great experience Bridgette, this alone is why I love Kitsap Credit Union!

I have an auto loan here. They don't send statements, so you just have to write down all your account info and their contact info somewhere and hope you never lose it. If you need to call for any reason, it will take about 3 tries through the automated system to end up anywhere except a dead end of an automated message reading menu options in a loop. When you do figure out the magical button combo to get a person, it will be a long wait and a $15 "convenience fee" to do anything. If you want to pay any way except a check in the mail, there's a fee for that too. Just an all around broken experience that milks the customer for money at every turn.

I’m a disabled vet living in Kitsap County. About 8 years ago, I had to fully retire due to injuries recieved while serving in the Army. Needless to say, it was an EXTREME struggle to make ends meet during the year and a half it took for my benefits to kick in. Creditors across the nation were willing to work with me, so as to avoid too many negatives on my credit report. All of them were. Except one. Kitsap Credit Union, my friendly neighborhood bank basically told me to **** myself, and refused to even consider a sit down to discuss options.

Great employees no problems there ever. How ever your online banking constantly changes and requires I change my password. Very annoying considering how complicated you require the passwords to be.
