We used Keystone's office in Clark Summit, PA to close on an all cash deal. When we contacted them back in June, they were very friendly and assured us there would be no problem closing by 7/29. The sellers were only going to be in town for a week as both husband and wife are critically ill. Two weeks in to the process, the representative in Clark Summit became totally unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I ended up having to call the Stroudsburg office for updates and eventually contacted a manager who finally got me information well past our target closing date. When we got to closing, two weeks late and without the sellers in attendance, the Clark Summit representative neither introduced herself to us nor did she apologize for never returning our phone calls or emails. When we confronted her on the issue, she merely said she was very busy. Terrible customer service!

We selected Keystone Premier Settlement Services to process the title search for our home purchase and found their services unresponsive and unprofessional. In retrospect, we should have worked with the national title company referred by our bank. We selected a local company referred by our real estate agent to expect better and faster service. Instead, we have been unsatisfied.

Everyone at KPSS is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have always met their commitments with me. I am always pleased with the results when KPSS handles a transaction for me.
