Laurie Machia2Mon to Wed they close at 4pm. Thurs and Fri they close at 5pm. Sat closed. No late night closing and no Sat hours. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR CUSTOMERS! No other bank has such restrictive hours of operation. Is it due to summer hours or covid? Who knows who cares? It's not good business practices for customers.

Billy Boyd5Just moved the area and needed a new bank, People’s bank wouldn’t let us open an account. I called Ally at the Ellington branch and she helped me open a new account instantly. She was very friendly, and made sure I opened the right account for my needs and let me know about other services they offer that would help me out. She also matched an extra 200 dollars bonus that I found online. So far I love this branch.

Linda Timura1Twice I had an appointment with a specific bank person and both times the person I had the appointment with was not there. Previous issues with this bank include high turnover of personnel, over 1 hour to open an account and when someone was supposed to get back to me..it never happened. NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER!

Megan Ludwig1The people are nice but I've had zero help in getting my new debit card ordered. It's supposed to take 5-7 business days and it's been months now. They tell me they'll call me and then they don't, and when I call they just tell me to wait another day or so and then they'll call me, and then they don't...and repeat. Which is incredibly frustrating since my debit card has been bent and not working properly for months now...

Easy E1Poor lady in side is working by herself . I was in line about 10 min you can hear two other people in the back ground and she has the counter customers and the drive up customers. Get this person done help

Malayla Patel1Stood in drive thru right now for almost 5 min. No customer at counter. Lady teller didnt acknowledge me at all. Going to open an account elsewhere today. Very poor customer service. At least adress and say "ill be right with you". This is 2nd time it has happened. Wasted my gas driving here. Rude and unfriendly

Cody Owens1The bankers aren't very nice to work with, and make any kind of request or application a very impersonal experience. Seems they are only worried about their sales goals then actually helping the customers that come in.
