      Service to the vehicle was performed to standard. However, the technician who serviced my vehicle left oil and grease stains on the driver side. My internal is a cream color and was clean before my servicing. Not very professional to leave someone vehicle looking like that.

      Great time. Went in on Halloween which was fun, test drove the vehicle we wanted, received a fair trade-in on our SUV and drove away happy with our new 2016 Tacoma.

      Customer service is horrible it is incredible that I took my Tacoma 2017 which I bought from them for warranty services on 13 November 2018 and it wasn't until today 19 November 2018 that they told me my vehicle was ready but thats not the bad part the part that pissed me off was that my vehicle was done the same day I took it only thing the guy told me was "oh I'm sorry my bad probably marked your phone wrong" when before I left we confirmed that my info was correct I would never recommend this people and btw the part that I was getting warranty was a block heater in which they mever called that it was available it was on my own initiative that it got fixed

      My tune up revealed that the transmission fluid needed to be filled and a light bulb changed. I wish they would do that the day of service, rather than have to make another appointment for that.
