Highly recommend Mr. Kelly! We were worried we wouldn't be able to get our last minute power of attorney document notarized the evening before a holiday, but thankfully he was able to help us out. He was responsive, flexible with our schedule, and courteous and professional during our appointment. We had our appointment scheduled, document notarized, and document shipped to our title company for our out-of-state home purchase all within an hour!
