I was calling from Maui, HI because i was in need of some Title work on a real property in Lomita, CA. I called First American Title Company in Torrance but all i got was a recording and no opportunity to even leave a message "If the person you are trying to reach is unavailable, please try you call again later." My second call attempt was to Chicago Title Company in Torrance, CA. Their website had no general number to call. I tried two different numbers but could not speak to anyone at all. My third call was to Juan A. Bueno & Co - Title insurance Services (Torrance). Juan personally answered his business phone prior to the second ring. After a five minute phone conversation, i placed an order and that was that! Great attitude, great service! It just goes to show you that when someone is willing to put their name on their business, they are going to try harder to please the customer and Juan did just that! Thanks again Juan!
