I've been doing business as a mortgage broker for over 10 years with Myllye Gonzales and Home Sweet Home Title. Their knowledge of the business and dedication is A-1. Lord knows they have guided me and clients through some difficult closings these times bring. I highly recommend them to all who are purchasing or refinancing their property.

At last!!! A Title company that CARES and that KNOWS WHAT THE F THEY'RE DOING!! I've dealt with so many title companies in my life and my experiences have been HORRIBLE... until now! Melissa is AMAZING, she literally answered all of my emails within only a few minutes and was super responsive! I sold my house in Florida while living in North Carolina and it was the easiest closing I've ever done!! I highly recommend this company. Odalys and her staff are very competent and maintain excellent communication through the process. Marilyn and Melissa promptly respond to your phone calls and emails. The lender that processed my refinance was very impressed as well. I would definitely recommend this Title Company.
