Sherri Hayes1Heidi is rude she’s not polite nor understanding I called to make a payment I greeted her with Good morning she replied how may I help you with negative tone I stated again Good morning same response so I politely asked her what was her problem told her that was not nice and I dismissed her and spoke with David and made my payment she’s like this 90 percent of the time I just pray for her.....
