      Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some complicated taxes as a new married couple, and with moving and the pandemic - she was everything we could have hoped for. Not only was she really nice but she explained things, called when there were questions, and made the 2020 tax filing as simple and stress free as possible. Highly recommend Sue and her team in Maine!

      People were nice, but for the price I paid I feel like people did not know what they were doing, it took two people to finish simple taxes. And after I made multiple trips, I missed a call from them and called back the office and the second woman who did part of my taxes, called and left a message because she thought we hadn't filed yet, and was trying to get us to come in because we filed there last year. They had no clue we were even in multiple times, and already had our taxes done. Could do them myself for cheaper, and feel as if a more thorough job was done.
