Closed on two properties so far with them. They are super friendly and professional... in and out in as little as 10 minutes. Heather and Brittany are mostly who I've dealt with... lovely ladies.

As a RE Broker, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were not responsive to our needs. They chose a survey co at 575.00 to rush an order and it took over a week, then it was done incorrectly. Trying to get an update or the owner, Travis to return a call is a joke. Im going to follow up with the State but people veware...take your business to NE Florida. This company wasn't aware that title companies are doing esign closings or notary closings for remote sellers....25 yrs behind the times!! Still slow with horrible customer service skills.

I have used then twice now in 2 years and recommended a friend. All three closings were easy and the staff is great.

Claims they will call you back but won't. Delaying our closing for no reason

Do Not use this flim flam company . They cashed and have held on to my $5,000.00 Without an Executed contract . Buyer Beware
