    This branch does not meet the standards of the community. When Wells Fargo has a better rating you know there is an issue. This branch is one of the earliest closing credit unions in the tri-county area. It's a 40 minute drive to the next Golden 1 which is open later than this one.

    Two weeks in a row I have gone to use the ATM and not able and the next shared branch so I do not have to pay fees is in Visalia. Going to ask they refund my fees

    Slow doesn't even describe the service here. Not only do they made you wait outside in inclimate weather but there are never enough tellers for thr customer traffic.

    Used to be so great! The staff are sooo incredibly slow, I dread having to go inside. Fair warning, when you deposit a check in the ATM, they only release half. And in my opinion they dont value members much. Been a member for 10 years, have a credit card and auto loan with them, neither which have ever been delinquent, but when i applied for an increase to consolidate credit cards, they denied me due to my fico score. Didnt even take into consideration debt to income ratio or anything! But yet i got a loan with nearly that same score??

    I dread Coming here to pay my auto loan. I have two other banks and I have Never seen a line more so slow. They usually only have two tellers and for some reason management never steps in. Can’t wait to pay off my car so that I never Have to come back here.

    Just opened my account and deposited cash into my account so our money would be available sooner instead of a check. I was very pleased with Golden1 service. Went in today and tried a wire transfer, but they told me since I just opened account in other Golden1 office not theirs they had to call tomorrow and verify funds. This makes no sense to me, since when is cash not good anymore. How can they not rely on their system for my account balance. This made me very mad and disappointed with Golden1. I made a 30 minute trip to the bank for this. I had called the 1800 customer service number and inquired about wire transfer, they never mentioned this process or asked for my account so they could check if I was eligible for a wire transfer. Not sure if I’ll stick with them. Is there any bank we can count on?

    I used to like Golden 1.... but since their ATM only works half the time and am tired of holding my grandkids for a half hour to make a freaking deposit...I will be moving my money and my sisters account to Kings Federal. You have to earn a good review. Again on the 13th and 14th of October. Could not deposit cash into ATM.

    The whole team is welcoming and efficient; I always feel at home and receive great service. Golden 1 in general has excellent service, extremely happy with all their banking and credit services. Golden One also offers their members, by appointment investment services; whether you simply have questions on how to take the first step to investment planning, or want assistance to set up/manage specific accounts for long-term financial freedom the team at Golden One are happy to assist.

    I am still in line after 30 minutes with only two people in front of me and only two tellers. The line is out the door and around the corner. I usually bank in Clovis and i have never seen the process and line move so slowly without management stepping in to help.
