Great Place to bank. Not perfect, but better than most. Jacksonville office is the best, friendly knowledgeable people ready and willing to help/serve you. One small complaint. They don't read the online messages very often, I have had one open for 8 days now, no responds, guess I will have to make a trip to the branch to get a simple answer to a question.Response from the owner

I went to the Noble Street breach 4-6 times about a problem with my credit card they set up. They never would give me a reason or help fix the mistake. One trip to Jacksonville Branch and Robin had it fixed. Everyone was friendly. Noble Street Branch made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t know what they were doing. They kept repeating the same information on my application. They talk down to customers. Never go to Noble Street. Jacksonville branch from now on!Response from the owner

It is always a pleasure to visit my local FMCU office. I am greeting by smiling faces that help me with my transaction or answer questions I have. I know with the Covid situation that wait times have increases. I commend the staff on staying positive and cheerful in thes unprecedented times.
Constantly freezes account because you use the debit card at an unapproved place. They'll flag and freeze saying it's fraud. They'll deposit your direct deposit when they fill like it often being a day late. Have to remove your hat before they'll service you. Avoid this bank
I've been with FMCU around 20 years now help me get my credit started financed a car & my home thru them ,employees are so friendly they know you by name....
I absolutely hate this bank... Cant get online to work so I can check my balance or even get anyone on the phone I would not and I mean not go to this bank.Response from the owner
