Bought and sold quite a few houses in northwest Arkansas and used many different title Companies. First National title company has been the worst. They waited until the last minute to do payoff from mortgage company and POA. Didn’t get to close when we were supposed do to some other issue they missed. This is a horrible title company, in my opinion and I regret using them to close our house sell
