Great local bank that does so much for the community. Always provides good services and donates so much time and money into various city projects. Love this bank!

Giving my mom with stage 4 cancer a hard time getting the money from closing her house, she needs treatment in Florida to live, and they said they want to give her her money, they are trying to leave her homeless. She told them the situation, and now they are trying to give her a difficult time so she can't close on her house in Florida seems pretty heartless, I'm wondering if lawsuit.

Horrible they refused to let my mom who just got out of a colonoscapy to use the bathroom then refused to take my payment because my sick dad wasn't there in person I had to go outside and stand in the cold to be overcharged to use the atm just to make a payment to them I cant wait to close my account out

Excellent bank! They've been doing business for many years! It's clean and the tellers are top notch!

I like this bank a lot. Their debit cards have the words “Pulse” and “Cirrus” on the back of them, which means (among other things, I’m sure) that you can use them in Europe. I gave this review 4 stars because the Central Mall branch has had the camera broken on the far-left lane of their drive-thru for a while now. Today is 6-16-21.

My grandfather always banked with First National which got me started using them as well, Clean and professional employees - Daniel Hobbs handles our account and he is excellent! Daniel has assisted us many times over the years and we are very grateful to him for all he does!

Nice people who were eager to help, but their hands seem tied by terrible policies, leaving the employees unable to make commonsense decisions to take care of their customers. My transaction got delayed and botched numerous times, and the employees were able to do little to make it right, "because of the policy." Their on-hold recording boasts that they are an alternative to "big, conglomerate banks," but I had to do this same type of transaction with several big conglomerate banks, all of whom were actually much easier to transact with than FNB.

They are an amazing place that has always been courteous and friendly and have personally went out of their way to help me with my needs as fast as possible. I wish there were more banks like this.

Horrible customer service! I have banked with them for over 15 years and they have just went downhill over the years. There employees are not trained correctly, seems like they have a revolving door. When I tried to call the owner of FNB (Sam Sicard) he would just transfer me to the VP (Ann) which was and is totally disrespectful. She told me to stop calling Sam. Seriously who does that? Corrupt! I have officially closed all my accounts with them and went to Centennial Bank in FSM. Don’t waste your time with FNB. You aka the customer always has a choice. Will never do business with them again!
