Financing my car in 39 installments I paid everything on time, when I paid off the car I needed the title, it's been 102 days since I paid off the vehicle and so far I haven't received my title, I keep calling this company and the service is horrible, they are mechanics and they don't know anything. From me 0 stars terrible customer service in my case they took the money that the insurance company sent me to fix my truck from an accident that due to their mistake they put it in the truck account and they did not want to return the money terrible attention of the man yesterday who answered me too bad I don't remember the aidi number of the person who answered me he was quite rude 🤷 ☹

I only have good things to say, Ana Rezende was very helpful when she called me and my father. I don't speak English very well and she called us right after speaking and helping us in Portuguese. I was very happy with her care.
