Good Evening I made a post that I need to retract .I was unaware of the underwriting process . Therefore I made a hurtful review so let me EXPLAIN TO ALL FUTURE AND CURRENT CUSTOMER.Underwriting will be looking for residual deposits. So for the clients that gets a approval then the dynamics changes like more bank statements, value change on the amount loaned on vehicle or ,they completely come back and turn you down it’s all in the deposits and how frequently they occur.So for the people that thinking it’s the manager’s, workers they are not in control of the situation. This company has helped me out a lot I think I’m on loan #18 over the years if you can pay the mony back this is definitely a GREAT COMPANY ….O YEAH TELL EM YOU LOOKED AT FRED HUNTER POST THEY WILL DEFINITELY TAKE CARE OF YOU AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PROPER CREDENTIALS.

At first they said the could help gave them all my information. But they kept changing there story they couldn't . Finally I asked the lady said they just were not going to help me period no matter what information I gave them. Don't go here for help.

Excellent customer service. I was an online application, very thorough MILITARY FRIENDLY establishment. I cannot say enough about The Manager Erlene. Her customer service is impeccable. My little doggie Kevin was even invited in and offered toys and refreshments. I do not think this was by chance of us meeting her. I will DEFINITELY be back and refer just about anyone here.

Okay first off i have always loved this agency since they were located on BEAVER RUIN RD. Irlene was and to me still is the best manager i have met by far. My payments are due on the 26th i believe but i always paid around the 3 through 5 because that is when my direct deposit for ssi comes in. Irlene never rushed me nor charged me a late fee. She put a note in the system never was my family called or anything. And as usual i always made my payments. Now sadly they have closed i am forced to deal with the jimmy carter location, who by the way called all of my contacts listed as reference to ask about me and my payments not even a day late. I called and spoke with someone on the phone at this location an explained how i didn't like that they were calling everyone and how i always made my payments around the 5th or 6th the lady then said "well whatever business you had with Irlene in that location will not be honored here i can give u till the 6th to make a payment, then you can reinstate your loan an change the date so you aren't late anymore" very rude and had no care. I was upset but agreed. So what happens come 4th of July weekend. I have to rush out of state to visit a sick family member in the middle of all this chao my 3 yr old breaks his arm. (Which i have proof of) my phone is also disconnected and here comes these people calling all of the references. On the 6th and 7th of July. My husband then calls and speaks with them as i am out of town ,an they tell him now they will be charging us for every day we are an will be late because i wont be back in town until sunday JULY 12. From $150 which is my interest amount all the way up to $237. How? Mind me i have been paying only interest for more then a year now because i have been going through financial problems. And I have never had ANY problems when i was a customer at the BEAVER ruin location with Ms.Irlene. I was sometimes late an she always worked with me. Once i was 2 weeks late and wasn't charged a fee. How she gave me till the 6th and now wants to charge me every late day starting from the 27? When I've always made my payments after the 1st with no fee ? This location on Jimmy Carter sucks. And they are able to do as they please in that system. They can charge you late fees. Or decide to work with you. They can have consideration or they can just NOT care what you are going through. Its ridiculous. And i know this because like I said. I've been a paying customer since the Beaver ruin location which Jimmy carter location says they wont Honor whatever contract and business you had with a different location. (But its the same agency) smh.

I went in for a quote on my vehicle. The terms were so crazy. We did not agree on the terms. After the process, First American Title Lending/Carlos, misused my personal information and put a fraud alert on my credit report without my permission. It is my belief that they wanted to prevent me from going to another company. It did cause me losses and I was denied in other non title loan credit application processes. I did get a great sufficient loan that would not cost me 300% to pay back. It was a simple 30 day loan and Im out of it. I did report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I also made a police report to Gwinnett County Police. You cant use someone's social security number etc for reasons outside of the specified parameters.

Professional, hospitable, and customer service friendly. They processed my commercial loan quickly. I’d recommend doing business with them!
