These guys are great...never pressed me and always had my back. Take that back they stole my car told them I was out of state and wanted to get my car they said I was going to lose it by the day before I came I said what can I do they said I had to talk to the manager. Then when I asked to speak to the manager they said he would be gone until the day after I lost the car..... God has his way with these type of people trust me it is out of my hands.

Fast Money Loan is the worst experience in my life of dealing with a creditor. They are very scary people. They repossessed our truck the same day I made a payment because I had called for a pay off quote. When they repossessed our truck they wrecked it and then tried to put in a claim on my insurance. Luckily the insurance people recognized a scam when they saw one. They even went as far as to falsify documents. We didn't sue because we were so afraid of them. Watch out they lie!

Worst and most unorganized business I have ever dealt with. Stay as far away from them as possible. Trust me. Don’t even consider doing business with them. I’m in the middle of filing a small claims lawsuit against them for using my information and attaching it to another loan that had nothing to do with me at all - a totally different person!! Not to mention the constant headache of them giving you different answers for different things. I wish I could give 0 stars. Anyone looking for a title loan, go anywhere, literally anywhere else but here.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. If you are looking for a car title loan DO NOT go here, DO NOT call them. They will promise you one thing, bait and switch you to another. They gave me a "partial loan" and said they would give me the rest once they had the title, which I understood. However, when they got the title, they gave me a totally different offer than the original one, AND told me to get the rest of the loan they would need to hold my vehicle. This was NEVER mentioned in the beginning or even after getting the run around from them for 3 weeks on getting the second half of the loan. In fact, Ross told me that the remaining funds would be deposited the same day they got the title. Yet they changed everything once they had it. Many false claims and promises. Please, DO NOT use them. You will regret it and be stuck in a big mess. Trust me. I never write negative reviews but this is beyond belief how bad business is done here. STAY AWAY. I am filing complaints with the BBB tomorrow and will be doing more to prevent any further business from going here.

This is the group of people I have ever dealt with. They couldn't be more professional, accurate or friendly. Title loans have a bad reputation, however when in a situation when you have to get one I couldn't recommend a company more than this one. In all honesty I like dealing with them more than any other banking institution I have ever worked with, including the big ones. You cant go wrong, go with them.
