Eastside Funding over promises and does not deliver. They promise to close on time, make quick decisions, and fund a transaction but on multiple transactions they have failed to deliver. I had a transaction in Olympia fail to close because of Eastside's internal policies. They delayed closing which almost caused my deal to fall through. They were given 2 week notice of the purchase yet failed to deliver on their promise to make a decision within 24 hours. Their internal policies caused me a profit lose of over $25,000! On the resale of the Olympia deal, Eastside delayed closing by 3 days of the actual closing date. They do not have the internal systems setup to manage their volume, therefore, they drop the ball too many times. On the latest transaction, they have delay closing again! Not a surprise. Once again, they were given at least 3 week notice of the closing date yet they could not deliver on their promises of closing on time costing me a lot of money. The reason why folks choose to go with Eastside is because they offer only 10% down and lower points. I will gladly go with another lender for 20% down and 4 points knowing they can close on time, fund the transaction and not cost me a profit loss of $25,000. I EXTREMELY DISCOURAGE USING EASTSIDE FUNDING! Protect your investment from falling through due to inadequate systems. Don't loose money like I did. There are better options out there.
