      Purchased a boat and trailer, in Allentown, on a Sunday, relatively late in the day. I live about an hour away, so being able to save a trip back, to do paperwork, would have been a huge plus. I was doubtful to find a notary with Sunday hours, but stumbled upon this notary. I was able to book an appointment an hour out (a $32 fee) but as long as it all went off without a hitch (no pun intended) I was definitely willing to pay the extra money. Not only did everything go well, the customer service was great, and she even notarized the boat title while we were at it. After it was all said and done, with the trailer transfer, the boat title notarization, and the Sunday fee, it still cost me less than any other single transaction I've ever had done, even during normal weekday business hours. Thank you, keep up the good work.

      Cancelled a mobile appointment due to "short staffing" when I had coordinated 3 people from out of state to get a POA notarized for a family member in the hospital. If no appointments were available, then there should be no availability to make one. Terrible customer service. Edit: I have checked my records based on the below and there was no instruction to call in the first or second emails I received. The first email indicated the appointment was booked (Friday), and that the second would be asking for the address. I received the second email in the afternoon on the day of the appointment indicating that you were short staffed. That is not "ample" time. You should remove the online appointment scheduler from your website if you are unable to fulfill appointments that are listed as "open" at the time of booking.

      Jaeme, you were instructed to contact our office to discuss mobile notary on Friday 03/15 at 9:35 pm. Should you have called before booking; you would have been informed that Saturdays are our busiest days and appointments are limited. I also informed you as soon as you booked so you may have ample time to find another notary. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

      I got the chance to get my bike registered, shared a few laughs and educated on services to save me money. They're open late and their service is great. I recommend everyone that needs a good Notary to come here.

      Great place!!! First time doing business with her and didnt have any problems. Shes very politeful and respectful!! I came in at 5:10pm and was done at 5:20pm!       horrible experience, im the fiance manager at a dealer. i needed to get title work done for a customer. 7 years in the car business mind you. a representative there told me that an insurance card was not a valid form for proof of insurance. i had to 3 way call the insurance with her for her to understand. then today i call the office asking for the required documents. and she tells me ok but you have to wait until i get to the office call me then. i tell her can you call me when you get back she said no you call me in an hour or so........this experience was horrible and very unprofessional. defiantly never doing business with them again

      I always warn people to be very careful when relying on bad online reviews of any business, as they are often without merit. First and foremost, considering you are a FINANCE manager at this dealership Flexible Auto Mall with over 7 years of experience you should be well aware of the documentation PennDot REQUIRES for completion of a title transfer! I was not provided with an insurance card naming your customer as an insured driver that would have been a valid form of proof of insurance. I was provided an insurance card naming another person and the vehicle was not listed on the ID card provided. I explained to you and your sales representative what was needed. After waiting over an hour for valid proof of insurance, your customer's family member called on three-way and connected a representative from Progressive in which I took over the call and requested and obtained what was needed to proceed with the transaction (I got what was needed, not you, your customer or your dealership)! This is also the 2nd time your dealership utilizes our service and both times your documentation was incomplete and your sales representative unprepared ( title not complete, insurance card missing and the sales representative having to leave client waiting in the office to head back to dealership to obtain a check). Lastly, when you called requesting documentation to retain in your files I politely explained that I was out to lunch and that I had asked your sales representative if he needed any copies of the paperwork the day of the transfer and he said NO. You asked if I can call you back and I explained that I will return to the office in a hour and to call me back then. You said okay, no problem! I get many calls during my lunch hour and there is no possible way I would have remembered your name and number. Sorry, you had such a horrible experience but that was brought up upon yourself by your lack of knowledge and your inability to call me ahead of time to inform yourself of what's required and what I require. Just because your notary accepts what you provide does not mean that it's acceptable everywhere, more specifically, at my office! I strictly follow PennDot's rules and don't bend them for anybody!

      they're by appointment only and you have to pay 30$ just to make the appointment which they dont tell you. If you dont come on time or forget credentials you have to pay another 30$ again "cause they came from home" im sorry isnt this your job! And its not including service fees!

      Cheryl, I will be clarifying our policy for you despite you having agreed to our Appointment and Cancellation Policy and proceeded to booking an appointment for 06/07/2020 @ 8:30 a.m. The $32 is an administration/convenience fee you pay to reserve the availability of a notary, cover travel expenses, and to provide you with an “individualized” service at a specific date and time of your choosing. We make it possible for you to obtain a service that is almost impossible to find on Sunday hence that is why you booked with us! To address all of your concerns in your review: 1. The fee is detailed above and has nothing to do with your transfer (i.e., the service being provided); 2. We always mention the fee and it’s also listed on our website; 3. If you don’t come on-time your appointment is automatically cancelled (a very detailed email with instructions was provided upon booking) however we provided you with a 15 minute grace-period and you both were still 4 minutes late that’s 19 minutes late in which we did not have to wait; 4. Not only did you come late but the customer (Andrew) left his “credentials” at home. You come to complete a title transfer and leave the most “crucial” item at home; 5. Andrew asked if he could book again once he goes back home to obtain his driver’s license and asked if he needed to pay again and my response was “Yes” and I explained why. Andrew completely understood and you became upset about paying again yet this transaction had nothing to do with you - yet you’re the one leaving the review; 6. Of course service fee applies which is the fee of the title transfer (like everywhere else). This too is mentioned on the website!

      EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, Owner was EXTREMELY rude to me , Notarized my title the wrong way didn’t even put the date and on top of that FAILED to tell me I have to wait 3 weeks for title, then when I called her the next day to get the car registered she CUSSED ME OUT AND HUNG UP!! Don’t bring your business to this miserable women she will try to milk you for every penny tried to charge me a extra $32 dollars because I was TWO minutes late to the appointment. NOW SHE IS PLAYING WITH MY TITLE

I informed you that without proof of insurance I would not be able to provide you with registration which is what you had hoped for but unfortunately you were unable to produce it. You decided to apply for title only and said you would obtain registration later at your local notary office. Second, the title was notarized correctly without errors and the title release date is 3 days not 3 weeks! You forgot to mention how you walked out my office on a good note and pleased with the service provided to then leave a review saying, “Lady is a B****”. You have the audacity to contact me (2 days later) to ask if I was open so I can assist you in getting registration and I refused service and that is the real reason you are leaving this review - because I refused service! In all honesty, if I were rude and unprofessional as you claim why would you want to return to me again? Sorry but I do not tolerate such blatant disrespect from anyone. As for the fee, you paid this fee so I can provide you with a service on a day the office was closed. You were provided with specific instructions on what to bring to your appointment and most importantly on arriving in a punctual manner. Not only were you late to your appointment which calls for immediate cancellation having exceeded the time allotted but I was courteous enough to provide you with additional time in obtaining the documentation (insurance card) that was needed to proceed with your transaction. Lastly, I am not one to play games. You will receive your title in 7-10 days as mentioned to you earlier. This is the same amount of time everyone else would wait for their titles to come back from Harrisburg.

      Went to get a document notarized that needed 2 witnesses, after paying and signing, they argued with me and told me that I didn't need two witnesses and if I did, I would have to drag two people off the street to be my witnesses, despite the fact that there were people behind the desk sitting on their phones that could have acted as witnesses. This document was time sensitive and was returned to me by my attorney saying that I needed the witnesses after all. Considering the name of the place, you'd think they would able to correctly notarize a document.

      We appreciate your feedback. In order to better serve our customers it is important to understand what areas need improvement. However, I personally assisted you this day in question (and I was the only staff member in the office). I do recall your transaction and I did not argue with you. I do remember you asking me if witnesses were required and I did not know if they were. I explained that in some instances the witness signature lines are present but are optional but I also told you to consult with your attorney to see if they were in fact “required” for your particular document before it got notarized. You stated your attorney was not available at the time and if the only other person in my office at the time could act as a witness in which I informed you that she was my minor sister and could not act as your witness. I suggested you obtain witnesses before proceeding and you refused. At your discretion you proceeded with the signing and notarization of the document. Considering the document was time sensitive you should have received clear and precise instructions from your attorney.
