My dad has had direct deposit there for over 20 years. We've gotten several loans that all have been paid. Today we got denied a $300 because dad has a zero credit rating and one bad debt. We needed car repairs as we drive to Little Rock VA several times a month. My dad is a Vietnam Veteran. They would get the money before we even see it because it would come straight out of the account. Yet somehow that was not good enough. It was $300 not to mention they are closed Saturday.. Very disappointed. Weren't very nice, kind of snappy and rude, we weren't treated very well.The CEO made the final decision to deny the $300 loan. We only would have got $220 because I believe they take the interest out of the money they loan you. Anyway, it's okay, God always provides. The tellers are fantastic.

I have been a customer for 13 years and they still put holds on my checks. Why would anyone put holds on checks that are mobile deposited when they can go and deposit them the same day. They try to always put holds on everything. Even if you want large sums of cash. They are not customer friendly at all.I recommend banking else where.

This credit union use to be really great! My family has been with them since they open in Malvern! But In the past year they have went down hill fast here is a list of examples that they have caused us! over 5 Transfer was messed up from me trying to transfer money in to my mothers or pops account and them trying to do the same for me. the past 3 times i went to a shared bank which was western federal credit union diamond lakes system was down. If you try to cash a check at a shared location their is a 5 day hold on the check no matter how small it is! So if you are looking for a bank that knows what they are doing go somewhere else! Trust me on this

Worst bank ever!!!! Had a car loan and they would mysteriously just add to my loan amount without my knowledge. Each time over $1000. So after paying a $513 note for 2.5 yrs the balance is still the same. Hmmmm wonder who's pocket all my money went in. Had to trade my vehicle just to get away from them.

I have a truck loan from them and its worth $14,000 more than i owe. Can't get even get a $5100 Loan for a commute car. Have a $158,000 home paid for and can't even borrow $5100 on it. Go anywhere, Arkansas Federal Credit Union, Red River even. Stay away from these rude folks. There internet banking is the worst also.

the online banking is a joke the system is usually down or wont let you log in even tho you have the correct information. the debit cards they give you are pure junk most of the time they wont read anywhere even when they are brand new plus its 25$ for a replacement card. be careful getting a loan the charge you double late fees but dont tell you and when you deposit money you have a 50/50 chance it gos into the correct account this is all from personal experience with this "credit union" because they are technically not a bank

Nice people but they have no clue. Signed up for a no fee account. 3 months later started charging me fees. They no longer offer no fee accounts unless you have lots of money with them. Had problems with the Debt card no one seemed to be able to figure out why. Very embarrassing to have card declined when you know you have plenty of money.

Always confusion to pay online or mail in payments. Their app sucks as well as their customer service. But they argue that it works and threaten you with late fees because they blow. This is in regards to Malvern location.

Paid my buick enclave up to the last payment in they messed up the payment booklet they had me finished the last payment booklet sheet said 0 therefore I should have been finished paying in when I sent it off with no money in it then I get a call saying I owe one more payment so I let it go in was trying to pay it I called in tryed to have it drafted out of my bank account they said they couldn't do it then she told me the only way I can pay it is buy debit card +a 25 dollar fee for using the card please can somebody let me know if they ever played buy their back account I give them zero stars in the lady was rude she hung up in my face I will never ever bank with them again

The website says that it is open until 4:30, not that is a lie, they close at 4:15. If they are going to close earlier then they should update the website..... Every time I go in there they are always stuck up, I will be closing my account due to their hateful attitudes and horrible customer service.
