The place is so messy it looks like a Crack house plus the customer service was horrible and the guy was super rude when all I did was ask him about the price of something. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Mike Solomon1I can't give zero stars or I would. Total lack of respect in dealing with customers, and act as if the customer is not ever right. I just wanted to try out a trimmer before buying, and because I wouldn't take their word that it had never been out of the box the old man took offense and refused to sell to me. The extra little drive to a pawn shop we like in Chatty is worth it to not have to deal with the owner/manager of this place. Sad to say of a shop in a small town, but it's true. Their deals aren't all that great anyhow, and I ended up getting a new comparable trimmer with a 2 year warranty for just $20 more. And they are not up for dealing either... pay their price or walk I guess, and I say RUN... don't walk.
